"Dilly Dally” vanity table designed by Luigi Massoni for Poltrona Frau

A rare and refined example of Italian Space Age design, featuring the soft sculptural lines and playful functionality characteristic of Massoni’s work. The compact composition elegantly integrates the cylindrical seat with the vanity structure, creating a highly decorative yet practical piece.

Executed in its original pink leather upholstery with brass details and integrated castors, this model perfectly captures the sophisticated and futuristic spirit of late 1960s Italian design. The adjustable mirror and concealed storage compartments add both functionality and charm.

The vanity remains in good vintage condition, showing a beautiful patina and signs of age consistent with time and use. There is a small stain on the inner plastic compartment, two visible scratches to the leather at the lower section, and occasional marks and discoloration throughout the leather, all coherent with the piece’s age and vintage character.
